To ensure your privacy your medical records will be held securely and we will not release information held in your medical records to anyone without your consent, unless required by a legal order or to assist in your treatment when required by a health professional.
You have the right to see your medical records if you wish.
Charges will apply for copies of your records.
We expect that you will not engage in rude or aggressive behaviour towards surgery staff or other patients and will not deliberately or carelessly damage surgery property.

These are usually elderly/housebound patients with chronic disabling conditions.
Please call before 10:00am whenever possible as this helps to plan the day efficiently.
The Duty Doctor will decide if a home visit is medically necessary.
You will not be visited solely on grounds of your convenience, but on the basis of medical need, as the doctor can see several patients in the surgery in the time it would take to come out to your home.
These are usually elderly/housebound patients with chronic disabling conditions.
Please call before 10:00am whenever possible as this helps to plan the day efficiently.

Chronic Disease Management, Cervical Smears, Immunisation and Travel Clinics: Please book an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
The Practice Nurses are able to do basic medical screening, Chronic Bronchitis / Asthma, Coronary Heart Disease, Hypertension and Diabetes checks, Contraceptive Checks, Cervical Smears, dressings, injections, ear syringing, Child Immunisation, travel vaccinations and other nursing procedures.
Please note that a fee may be required for certain medications or vaccinations for travel which are not covered by the NHS.
The Practice Nurses are able to do basic medical screening, Chronic Bronchitis / Asthma, Coronary Heart Disease, Hypertension and Diabetes checks, Contraceptive Checks, Cervical Smears, dressings, injections, ear syringing, Child Immunisation, travel vaccinations and other nursing procedures.
