The practice remains open, and patient consultations are now being delivered in a range of ways to help meet the needs of all patient groups including online, telephone, video and face to face. We are treating patients remotely initially and face to face appointment are available when deemed clinically necessary. Same day appointments are available and the telephone lines open from 8:00am.
Patients will be asked for more information from the practice receptionist to help them navigate to the most appropriate service or professional and if signposted to general practice a call back will be undertaken by a member of our clinical team. Nursing care has continued throughout the pandemic and face to face appointments can be booked in advance.
On receipt of your online form our clinical team will assess your request and respond to you with an answer or to discuss the next steps. NHS services for the half-million people who live in Grampian are provided by NHS Grampian, and are overseen by one single NHS Board.

As defined by the Section 17c Contract, we offer core medical services, additional services (maternity care, child health surveillance, smears) and enhanced services (minor surgery, anticoagulant monitoring, near patient testing, IUCD and Implanon insertion, and substance misuse).
We have a first contact physiotherapist available for appointments in the practice for musculoskeletal issues.
