Absolutely amazing service. Contacted them on Monday afternoon regarding a tongue tie and they came out Tuesday morning as i requested it as soon as possible. The girls were so professional, informative, friendly and just all round lovely putting me at ease at what was an unsettling procedure for me to have done (but necessary) for my baby's health. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about using this company

We booked a tongue tie consultation and revision appointment and were able to get a same day appointment which was so good for us as our 3 week old baby boy was struggling with his feeds. The NHS wait was 8 weeks and we did not want to wait this long. It was the best thing we have done booking this appointment with Zita Maria. Both Michelle and Carys were so professional from the start to the end of the appointment and the aftercare was exceptional.
My baby boy was assessed thoroughly and we had so much confidence in Michelle who carried out the procedure. She gained our full consent and spoke us through what was happening and what she was doing all the way through the appointment. The procedure was carried out very quickly with minimal discomfort to our boy. We noticed a difference in his feeding straight away and have since noticed improvements.
We were sent aftercare advice and exercises to do and a follow up telephone appointment to check everything is okay in a weeks time. Which I thought was exceptional, outstanding care. I would definitely recommend Zita Maria to anyone who is looking for a tongue tie appointment. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and expertise.

Had zita Maria to cut my babies tongue tie, they was super helpful and kind after what has been an emotional and super stressful few days. Advised me on all things feeding and was so supportive to us in a really difficult time. Would recommend to everyone for tongue tie division and all feeding advice
