My experiences with The Arch Medical Practice has been amazing. All Dr's have been very attentive and compassionate with my long term mental health difficulties and it's so refreshing to see the team very well versed in this area of health. Dr M CHHOANGALIA has been particularly brilliant and really could be a GYPSY (Dr with a special interest) in mental health and definitely a Dr that others should aspire too. Reception staff have always been very helpful too. I. M just surprised other reviews haven't held The Arch with the esteem I do. Thanks for being the best Dr's surgery ever.

Edit: I've not been able to contact the practice for weeks on multiple occasions, resulting in having to go to A&E for issues that could easily be sorted by the GP. It's really difficult to get an appointment and their online consult system is almost always closed.
The doctors and receptionists are very nice, but I have had to change practice to get the care I need as I was suddenly denied the routine blood tests I need for monitoring that I've been having for over two years. I feel I've had to fight to get an appointment and their accessibility and inclusion is not up to standard. I apreciate the care I've gotten from the doctors there, but unfortunately they're just not able to provide me the care I need.
