WOW! We've just had the results from the National Patient Survey taken earlier this year. We know that everyone has had a really tough 16 months and it has been a struggle for so many, therefore we are delighted to hear that we scored higher than both the national and local CCG averages in every area! Thank you to everyone who took the time to send their feedback.

We provide comprehensive NHS primary care services to help you manage your health and well-being. Having a highly qualified and trained multi-professional integrated primary Healthcare Team. Offering our services in a safe, supportive and suitably equipped environment, using technological advances in healthcare systems for our patient's benefit. We want to help you get the right medical assistance when you're ill, injured or have a long term condition.

Going directly to the person with the appropriate skills is important. This can help you to a speedier recovery and makes sure all NHS services are run efficiently. Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet - including prescriptions and appointments.
Services
There are occasions when the practice has to close for staff to undertake mandatory training.
Where possible we try to arrange this for the last Wednesday of the month.
When this happens from 12:00 the phones will be switched over to an emergency line for patients who have an emergency need where they will be triage by the on-call doctor.
When the practice is closed, there is an out of hours' emergency medical service available at all times.
This service is meant for urgent and emergency problems and should not be used to avoid the inconvenience of consulting during the day.
If you need out of hours help, you should telephone 111 which is a free-phone number nationwide.
Trained staff located at the call control centre will handle your enquiry.
On dialling 111 a team of fully trained advisers and experienced nurses will assess your condition and direct you to the local service that can help you best, when you need it.
You will appreciate that health data relating to any individual is highly confidential and the Practice must ensure that it releases such data only to the person to whom it relates, or to a person authorised to act on his or her behalf.
The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) gives you the statutory right of access to any information, manual (paper) or computerised.
You may wish to authorise someone else to make your application on your behalf and if you have parental responsibilities you may make an application to see your child's notes.
We welcome your comments on things we are doing well within the practice and also welcome your suggestions on things we can improve.
