In 2010 Dr Mark Hulbert, Consultant Eye Surgeon and eye care specialist, purchased a beautiful listed building to set up a medical centre. He moved his established Eye Care and Vision Clinic into the centre Our aim is to provide the community of St Albans and the surrounding area with access to eye care specialist.
