Youu can now access your medical records, book appointments and order repeat medication online.
To register for this service please speak to the receptionist.
Following a medication request the doctor will be able to message you via your online account if there are any queries or you need to make an appointment.
Ensuring you remain healthy throughout your life: Our preventative examinations can help to diagnose and treat illnesses at an early stage.
The statutory and private health insurance schemes will frequently bear the cost of preventative examinations.

Information about you and the care you receive is shared in a secure system by healthcare staff to support your treatment and care.
Information such as your postcode and NHS number but not your name will be used to link your records in a secure system so your identity is protected.
This information can then be used by others such as researchers and those planning health services.
If you do not want information that identifies you to be shared outside the practice you must let us know so we can make a note on your medical record.
