Identifying Carers is important to us.
This GP practice can offer you support and give you information about local organisations that can help whilst you are looking after someone.
We have lots of information in surgery, including contact details for many services which can help you.
There are many groups and clubs out there who offer support and friendship to carers.
One such group is organised by one of our own patients - forget-me-not buddies is an informal group consisting of carers and cared for people who met because someone close to them either suffers, or suffered with dementia, you can find them at forget me not buddies.
