Hope Citadel Healthcare is a not-for-profit community interest company, who have been commissioned by local CCGs to provide NHS services to the local area where the practices are located. We want to look at our patients in their wider setting, as whole people. If you've fallen ill, call us from 8am and we will assess you for an urgent same day appointment.
You can send requests for your medications and check their status online through Patient Access.
We strongly recommend you register for our online services to manage your appointments and prescription requests.
Make sure we have your current mobile number and we will text you 24 hours before your appointment to remind you what time you're due to come and see us.
Under 5s: Children under 5 needing a same day appointment will be offered a face-to-face or telephone consultation with a prescribing clinician on the same working day.
