At this time Witton Surgery consisted of just the ground floor of 29 Preston Old Road and in 1988 the first floor of 29 Preston Old Road was also taken over by the surgery giving us a small Administration Office, Kitchen area, Consulting Rooms 2 and 3, enabling downstairs to be transformed into a Reception Area, Waiting Area, Consulting Room 1 and a larger Treatment Room.
With this move we were able to create upstairs a larger Administration office, Practice Manager's office and Meeting Room whilst downstairs Consulting Rooms 4 and 5 and increased waiting room area.

Get a medical certificate from your GP or hospital doctor (this is necessary to register the death).
If the death has been reported to the coroner (or Procurator Fiscal in Scotland) they must give permission before registering the death.
You can register the death if you are a relative, a witness to the death, a hospital administrator or the person making the arrangements with the funeral directors.
You can use the 'Register a Death' page on the gov.uk website that will guide you through the process.

Look back at the things your experience has taught you and think about how you're really going to do it this time.
Whenever you find yourself in difficulty, say to yourself, "I won't even have a single drag", and stick with this until the cravings pass.
Think ahead to times where it might be difficult (a party, for instance), and plan your actions and escape routes in advance.
You may also want to change your routine at or after mealtimes.
