Those attending the practice for any reason will continue to be required to wear face coverings unless exempt. We understand this may be frustrating to some, but we will continue to follow the national guidance to protect patients and staff. Dhara Patel - Physicians Associate, they are medically trained, generalist healthcare professionals, who work alongside doctors and provide medical care as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team.

They are dependent practitioners working with a dedicated medical supervisor.
Services
Patients living within the practice area are welcome to register and our reception staff can confirm your eligibility from your postcode.
As a guide our area covers the three villages of Iver, Iver Heath and Richings Park (SL0 Postcode).
If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days.
After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.
You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months.
Increasingly, patient medical data is shared e.g. between GP surgeries and District Nursing, in order to give clinicians access to the most up to date information when attending patients.
The systems we operate require that any sharing of medical information is consented to by patients beforehand.
Patients must consent to sharing of the data held by a health provider out to other health providers and must also consent to which of the other providers can access their data.
In this case, patients would allow the surgery to share their data, they would allow the district nurses to access it but they would not allow access by the podiatry department.
