You can only use this service if you have received a letter inviting you to book your vaccination appointments. If you think you should be eligible for the vaccine you can call the helpline on 119. If you already have access/ login details for patient online services, for example "Patient Access", you may use this. This must be at least 5 days after you've completed your course of the vaccine.

The letter may to take another 5 days to reach you, or more if postal services are affected. Please take account of this when making your plans. Please note when updating your Clinical Record we can not accept change of address via this website. You will have to visit the practice with proof of your new address.

The Telephones at Burnham Health Centre are open from 08:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.
In line with directives from the current government, Burnham Health Centre closes on one afternoon a month to allow the opportunity for practice staff to address their own learning and professional development needs.
This gives our doctors the time to stay abreast of modern trends and practices in healthcare and it allows our support staff the chance to review and develop their roles.
Registered for child development, minor surgery, Antenatal and family planning, Diabetic Clinics and special interest in Cardiology.
Specialises in care of the elderly and is the main liaison between Burnham Health Centre and the local care homes.
All nurses are available for consultation by appointment.
They provide a treatment room service that includes blood testing, dealing with minor trauma, ear syringing, ECG's, dressings and assisting with minor surgery.
Their expertise covers a variety of specialities including asthma management, Stop Smoking advice, diabetes management, coronary heart disease management, hypertension, cytology, travel vaccinations, child immunisations, family planning and advice on lifestyle management.
Slough Carers Support are able to provide support if you care for someone who is ill, frail or disabled.
All carers are welcome to attend the Burnham Carers' Support Group which is run jointly by Carers Bucks and Burnham Health Promotion Trust.
The group meets on the last Friday of the month between 12 and 2pm at Burnham Youth Centre, Minniecroft Road, Burnham, SL1 7DE (Next to the Health Centre).
More information about the Burnham Carers' Support Group and other local services is available from Burnham Health Promotion Trust, a registered charity, which has its office here in Burnham Health Centre.
It is important to make this initial telephone appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse at the surgery to actually receive the vaccinations.
These vaccines have to be ordered as many of them are not a stock vaccines.
The Practice Nurse will book the second appointment.
Some travel vaccinations do incur a charge as they are not included in the services provided by the NHS.
