In the early stages the company was a niche medico-legal practice in Oxford, predominantly providing medical evidence in cases of alleged clinical negligence.

Bippon qualified as a doctor from the University of London and then trained in prestigious teaching hospitals in London and Oxford.
He was appointed Clinical Lecturer in ENT-Head and Neck Surgery by the University of Oxford and subsequently specialised in Facial Plastic Surgery, having been awarded the first ever fellowship in the specialty.
He subsequently took up a Consultant Surgeon position at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Bippon's focus is to drive the group to be the best service provider in the industry through a focus on staff development and effective use of technology.

She started as a Customer Service Advisor in Doctors Chambers and has worked her way through as a Team Leader, Team Manager and has been our Operations Manager since 2018.
