Please use online booking as much as possible so our patients needing to contact us for urgent medical problems do not wait for long on the phone. If you do not have online access please go to our Online Access registration page of the website and send your completed form along with photographic ID via email to - ringmead.onlineservices@nhs.net so we can organise online access for you.
Otherwise you can use the NHS App to prove your ID - please see their website for more information. Do not use eConsult for urgent medical advice or for requesting prescriptions. When the surgery is closed or it is a bank holiday, please use 111 to avoid delays for urgent advice/enquiries.
As part of a CCG trial, eConsult is currently not available over weekends. We have been experiencing extremely high call volumes in the last few months and we would like to apologise to all of you that have been trying to get through to us.
