If you are able to wait untile we re open please do so. Following our initial planning for the delivery of this year's flu campaign, we have now been informed that due to unforeseen road freight challenges, here will be a delay to our scheduled delivery by one to two weeks. As a result we have had to cancel our initial clinic and are now working to reschedule planned influenza vaccination clinics.

We would like to reassure you that we are working hard to plan within the information we have. We have been alerted us to a shortage of products from that is impacting across most main blood tube supplies. Your details will be kept at the surgery and must be signed by you during your first appointment.
I would like to join the NHS Organ Donor Register as someone whose organs may be used for transplantation after my death.
Your consent to organ donation will be shared with NHS Blood and Transplant together with the information you have provided in Section 1 including your name, gender, date of birth address and CHI number.
For more information on being an organ donor or privacy, please ask for the leaflet on joining the NHS Organ Donor Register or visit http://www.organdonation.nhs.uk.
We welcome requests for registration from patients living in or moving to Great, Upper and Lower Cambourne.
You will be registered with one of the GP's but you can see any of the doctors in the practice.
If you have your NHS card - simply sign it, fill in your new Cambourne address and telephone number (landline and mobile) and send the card to us or bring it into the surgery.
If you are taking regular medication you will be invited to make an appointment with one of our GP's.
This will ensure that your repeat prescriptions are set up and you can get your medication without delay when you need it.
Increasingly, patient medical data is shared e.g. between GP surgeries and District Nursing, in order to give clinicians access to the most up to date information when attending patients.
The systems we operate require that any sharing of medical information is consented to by patients beforehand.
Patients must consent to sharing of the data held by a health provider out to other health providers and must also consent to which of the other providers can access their data.
In this case, patients would allow the surgery to share their data, they would allow the district nurses to access it but they would not allow access by the podiatry department.
