Our Online Consultation service will let you request advice, treatment, sick notes, GP letters, recent test results and more. Flu can be more dangerous if you are over 65, have an existing health problem, are pregnant, a carer, or children under 4. Get your flu vaccination straight away.

You can get help with a wide variety of clinical and administrative requests through our website without the need to call or visit the practice. Reviews are a way of letting your practice know how you're managing with your long-term condition, your contraception, or your medication. Want advice from your doctor, self-help information or have an administrative request (such as a sick note or test results)?

Patients can attend Urgent Primary Care Service from 8.00am - 8.00pm every day of the week.
Please check the reception for details.
Pre-bookable face to face and telephonic appointments in the evenings and on weekends are available through a service called GP+ for patients across South Warwickshire.
No walk-in patients will be accepted.
