For children born between 01.09.2016 and 31.08.2018 and other clinically eligible children under 18 we are offering the nasal vaccination.
Please call reception to book an appointment.
Children who are not able to receive the nasal vaccine for clinical reasons will be offered an alternative vaccine.
Later in the year the flu vaccine is expected to be offered to patients who are not currently eligible.
We are waiting for more information from NHS England.

Dr Boora and Partners at the Westcotes Medical Practice have notified the Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (LC CCG) that they wish to end their contract and no longer provide primary care services for patients at this practice.
NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group ('The CCG') is the organisation that is responsible for planning and managing healthcare services for the Leicester City population, including services provided by GP practices.
The CCG has been exploring alternative options for your care but, after careful consideration, the Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) have concluded that the only possible option is for all patients to register with another GP practice.
NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group ('The CCG') is the organisation that is responsible for planning and managing healthcare services for the Leicester City population, including services provided by GP practices.
The CCG has been exploring alternative options for your care but, after careful consideration, the Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) have concluded that the only possible option is for all patients to register with another GP practice.
The surgery provides 24/48 hour access and pre-bookable appointments up to 4 weeks in advance.

The receptionist may ask for a brief description of the health problem which helps us to direct you to the best available clinical services.
We also provide routine and emergency telephone appointments.
They would be most suitable when you need to speak to us but do not necessary need to be see a doctor face-to-face, for example to discuss blood test or other investigation results, sick notes, some queries on your medications etc.

Please do not ask your GP to issue routine repeat prescriptions during your valuable consultation time, as clinical time is lost with your Doctor.
