Both premises have wheelchair access to both floors and disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor. If you need assitance, our reception staff will be happy to assist. Parking facilities are available for all patients at the front of the building and disabled parking spaces are for blue badge holders only. We have a clamping service in operation to protect our disabled spaces.

CCTV covers all areas 24/7. In order to access online services for Repeat Prescriptions and Appointments you will need to Register with our provider Emis Patient Access. This is an important message for asthma patients from your GP practice. Inaccurate information is circulating regarding rescue packs for patients with pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

A rescue pack is not required under the current circumstances. Please do not contact the surgery for a rescue pack unless this is something that has been previously agreed and prescribed by your medical team.

The practice managers are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.
The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations.
These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine.
Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum.
They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
Online access does not replace the traditional ways of interacting with your GP, they simply offer additional way for you to contact your GP making it easier and more convenient given our busy lifestyles.
The Summary Care Record (SCR) is an electronic record of important patient information, created from GP medical records.
It can be seen and used by authorised staff in other areas of the health and care system involved in your direct care.
Your SCR is a short summary of your GP medical records (medication, allergy and adverse reaction information).
This means they can give you better care if you need health care away from your usual doctor's surgery: in an emergency, when you're on holiday, when your surgery is closed, at out-patient clinics & when you visit a pharmacy.
