Williamwood Practice
The practice will be undergoing an IT upgrade. This is essential work that has been advised by the Health Board. As a result, our systems will be down for parts of the day and access to your medical records and prescriptions will be extremely limited. On these days we will be running an emergency surgery only. Our online forms will be down so if you need to get in touch, please contact us by 'phone.

Please order your medication in advance should they be due around these dates. Please do not phone for routine enquiries or test results. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we introduce these upgrades to our IT systems. For all the latest information and our policies on appointments, house visits and submitting photos, please check our practice policy.
