Worried about high blood pressure? Let's take care of it together, with Hypertension Plus. It's the easy and convenient programme to help you and your doctor to keep your blood pressure in a healthy range. The new #BetterHealth campaign launches today. Lockdown may have left many of us carrying some extra pounds, but now's the time to turn things around.

Let's do this! You can also use this link to cancel an appointment, tell us you are a carer, change your personal details or ask for a medical report. Here at Cricket Green Medical Practice we aim to provide accessible and high quality medical care for everyone, ensuring that lack of ID or proof of address, immigration status or language are not barriers to patient registration.

Our email address below is for the use by other health and care professionals or professional organisations. Patients or their representatives should use the links on our website to contact us, not our email address.
Services
Cricket Green is a modern, purpose built surgery, established at its new site since 2009.
In addition to standard primary care services the practice offers many specialised clinical services.
This successful practice has been offering primary care to the community in and around Mitcham for over 100 years.
Our reputation has been built on offering patients the highest standards of medical care.
The practice has a long tradition of teaching and training, with the practice being accredited as a "hub" University teaching practice and is responsible for training cohorts of medical students from St. George's on a regular basis.
Katherine is a GP Trainer and a senior lecturer in Physician Associate studies at St George's University.
Interests: global health, teaching, women's health.
She also works for Merton Clinical Commissioning Group to improve healthcare for patients in Merton.
Interests: respiratory medicine, fertility and antenatal care.
She is also a research fellow at the department of Primary care and Public Health Medicine at King's College London.
Our practice nurses are available every day.
The nurse may need to consult a doctor about your problem if your condition requires it.

Alternatively, you can leave your details at reception and the Patient Participation Group will contact you.
To help doctors and surgery staff to provide, and patients to obtain, the best possible healthcare through discussion feedback electronically and at meetings with surgery staff.
Produce an annual newsletter for practice patients which will contain appropriate information on practice, local or national health matters.
We want you to have the best possible experience of care.
The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience - what you like and what you think we could improve.
Ultimately, you're helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.
How likely are you to recommend us to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?
We have been a training practice for 10 years and are situated in close proximity to both St. Helier and St. George's Hospitals.
The GP registrar is fully integrated as part of the Cricket Green team.
The GP registrar enters into an educational agreement with the trainer, which is fully supported by all practice members.
Registrars attached to the practice have the benefit of their own room and working in a protected environment.
There is availability to a wide range of learning opportunities within the practice, at local hospitals and on the excellent St. George's half day release course.
