The Practice is situated in an attractive conservation area of Kilmarnock, overlooking the Howard Park, and has ramp access for patients with disabilities. Car parking is on Dundonald Road. Please do not park across the entrances to the forecourt. Blue badge holders should check parking regulations for the meters in Dundonald Road with Ayrshire Roads Alliance.
The rear car park is for Clinical Staff only. We welcome new patients to the Practice and encourage them to read the information on this website and to contact our staff if they have any questions about any aspects of our service. The Practice is not a limited partnership and is contracted to Ayrshire & Arran Health Board, Heathfield House, Heathfield Road, Ayr, KA8 9DX (Tel: 01292 513 854) for the provision of General Medical Services (primary medical services and other services).
We want to help you get the right medical assistance when you're ill, injured or have a long term condition. Going directly to the person with the appropriate skills is important.

Services
There are many services available to help you to stay healthy.
Some of these services can be accessed directly (see below), and for others you need to be registered with a GP Practice (Surgery).
When you wish to consult a GP about your medical condition, you need to contact the Surgery with which you are registered to arrange to be seen.
If you go along to the Surgery and do not have an appointment, you may not be seen.
The Practice may ask you to come back at another time, or may suggest that you are seen by another Healthcare Professional.
