Fulwood has been an established medical practice since just after World War 2. We are passionate for our patients to receive the level of care we as doctors would expect for ourselves and families. We offer a transparent service to all, ensuring services available are needed and used. With full disabled access, our custom built premises offers an inviting place for you to ensure your life is a happy and healthy one.

Simon qualified from Liverpool Medical School in 1998 and joined Fulwood Green as a partner in 2002 after completing his training in hospitals sand practices in Merseyside. He is currently the Community Clinical Lead for the Digital Liverpool Programme and the Clinical Development Lead for Capacity, the Public Services Lab. He is also a trustee of the Liverpool Football Club Foundation.

Anybody who has been in his consulting room will know his main interests are his family, music and LFC! Dr Farrell (nee Ward) qualified from Liverpool University in 2001. During her general practice training she developed interests in obstetrics & gynaecology and mental health.

Fulwood Green has been on it's current site since 2000 but was an established family medical practice since before the birth of the NHS in 1948.
Our building was extended and refurbished in 2009 with the pharmacy extension built in 2017.
The building has full disability access and our consulting rooms comply with the highest standards of hygiene and clinical safety.
Our ethos is of patient-centered care, involving our patients in decisions about their management and empowering them to help themselves.
The British Sign Language website can be used to assist with communicating with someone who is deaf or hard of hearing.
There is also a "signBSL" app available on the Apple App Store.
Patients must be asked if they would like a professional communications professional to attend their appointments and it must be recorded in the patient record if this is declined.
A British Sign Language Interpreter can be booked for patient consultations through Action on Hearing Loss (actiononhearingloss.org.uk) on 08456858000.
